What is HR Analytics?

By collecting and analysing data about the recruitment pipeline and employee lifecycle - along with survey data - we can work with companies to help identify efficiencies and opportunities for resource allocation.

How is this Analysis Conducted?

By modelling employee tenure, we can identify statistically significant factors that either positively or negatively affect the tenure of an employee, and also identify factors to reduce focus on, that are not statistically significant.

 

Creating efficient and effective Staff Surveys, correctly interpreting the results, and then deriving actions that get buy-in also leads to a more cohesive and happy workforce.
